As a pre-eminent quote platform, with large-scale UK intermediary adoption including Money Supermarket, the FS division of Capita acquired Webline in 2006 where Paul remained in a non-executive chair capacity until 2009. Beyond Encryption and AllMyPlans were ringfenced, the latter developed as a consumer aggregation platform and introduced to Runpath Digital, a Fintech firm supplying many online brands, where he was invited by the ABI to participate in Pension dashboard project discussions. Paul exited to focus on BE to build the secure email solution platform, Mailock, which has deployed at scale into the FS sector and others.
