Finextra Privacy Policy
Following below is the formal privacy statement, which gets quite long and unwieldy when the law becomes involved. We like to think we are reasonable people and good internet citizens, so if you have any concerns or issues around privacy, please get in touch and let's discuss them.

Use and storage of your personal information
When you supply any personal information to Finextra we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else. Finextra will only disclose PII if required to do so by law. With that exception, under no circumstances will we share single user or aggregated demographic data without the explicit consent of our users.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Notifications of changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to the Finextra web site (www.finextra.com), so users of the site are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will disclose it. If at any point we decide to use PII in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify subscribers by e-mail. Subscribers will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
